About this Giving Opportunity
GirlVenture is a program organized by the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) to encourage young women to explore careers in aviation and aerospace. Held annually during EAA AirVenture Oshkosh, GirlVenture offers four days of immersive experiences designed specifically for high school–aged girls.
Participants take part in hands-on workshops, exclusive behind-the-scenes tours, mentoring sessions with women aviation professionals, and networking activities that help build knowledge, confidence, and lasting connections.
GirlVenture aims to inspire the next generation of female leaders in aviation by breaking down barriers, fostering curiosity, and showing young women that there is a place for them in the world of flight.
